It’s kind of stunning that the perception of Time Square bombing in Pakistan is viewed not as an home grown terrorist attempt but rather the conspiracy theory created by the US while Pakistani media playing the crucial role.

I used to think Fox News and bunch of other Indian medias were good at creating such conspiracies and fucking the contextual perception of their viewer. Seems like there are more such medias out there in Pakistan doing same.

This is utter non-sense:

With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations… information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation

Information has not been distracted, it has become more integrated, and kind of decoupled just like a desktop / web widget, and generally contextual also.

And may be all these social medias and new gadgets are innovating democracy we have never seen before.
